Projects

Apps and tools I've built and shipped on my own time. The code for all of them is public on GitHub.

APP · LIVE · 2025

The idea: A journal that shows you the patterns in what you write. You write one entry a day and rate how happy you felt from 1 to 10.
What I built: A web app with user accounts where AI writes a monthly and a yearly report from your entries. Reports are saved so you can look back on them.
What I learned: The instructions you give the model are the product. Most of the hard work was privacy, sign-in and testing, which had little to do with AI.

The idea: My first AI project. I wanted to find out whether a product manager who isn't an engineer could build and ship something.
What I built: A task manager where everything happens on one screen, with AI-written monthly productivity reports.
What I learned: Much of building software is product thinking. Curiosity turned out to be more useful than confidence.

MCP SERVER · OPEN SOURCE · 2026

The idea: Let Claude read and write a user's journal entries, with the user signing in to give permission.
What I built: A reference MCP server, pulled out of ReflectAI. It uses the Streamable HTTP transport with OAuth 2.0 sign-in, and it's connected to Claude.

The idea: Teach Claude how I work once, so I don't have to explain it every time.
What I built: Reusable instructions for writing specs and PRDs, stakeholder decks, competitive research, decision reviews and more. They're split into three libraries by topic, with one hub to install them from.
